Easy refunds, no awkwardness.
We want you to feel good about every Lemonvibrator purchase. If a product isn't right — for any reason — you have 30 days to return it, no restocking fee, no diagnostic interview.

How to start a return
1 · Email [email protected]
Include your order number and the item you'd like to return. You can also start a return from your account page; both routes hit the same support team.
2 · Receive a prepaid label
We'll email a UPS prepaid label within one business day. Drop the package at any UPS counter — no printer required if you use the QR code option.
3 · Get refunded
Once your return is scanned by UPS, we initiate the refund within 24 hours. The amount lands back on your original payment method in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
What's eligible
All standard products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days, used or unused. We accept returns even on opened devices — you don't have to justify the reason, and refunds are not contingent on the condition. Returned units are not refurbished or resold; they're recycled responsibly through our materials partner.
Exceptions
Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout) and gift cards are not eligible for refund. Bundles can be returned in full but cannot be partially returned for a refund of one item.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, our 2-year warranty still covers manufacturing defects — see the Shipping & Returns page for warranty claim instructions.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email [email protected] within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately and a prepaid label for the original. You will not be charged twice.
